Returns & Exchanges

Rodarte offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that all sale items and custom orders are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original Rodarte designer box and shipping container to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
